About Me
Who Am I?
A Few Words About Me
One of my passions is to help couples, families and individuals move through places that feel stuck, lonely, and stifling. Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and it can be difficult to even know where to start. That’s why I believe it’s important to offer presence – a with-ness and witness to what you are facing. I believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship and want to move with you towards the fullness, both the grief and goodness, that is waiting.
Therapy is a chance for us to explore everything about the dynamics that are impacting your life and relationships. It is not a place to show up and perform, or rush to heal or be fixed (because no one needs to be fixed). It is a place to bring the messy, the real, the confusing, the consuming; to try to make sense of the past, to learn to accept the present, and to grow in the face of an unknown future. I view relational interactions through an attachment theory lens and a framework of justice/anti-oppression.
I’ve been providing therapy services in the beautiful state of Washington since 2019 and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and am based in Seattle. I studied at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and have had the honor of working with several youth, couples, individuals and families in the Greater Seattle area. I have a passion for working with women regarding divorce, boundaries, spiritual/religious trauma, and emotional safety.
I currently have openings for private pay clients via telehealth (video visit sessions), on weekdays at 8am or after 5pm.
My rates per 50-minute session weekly or bi-weekly:
$140 for individuals
$170 for couples and families
Occasionally I can offer sliding scale
I don’t bill through insurance, but I am able to provide a monthly “superbill” that you may send to your insurer to see if they will reimburse; you should contact them prior, to be sure.
